CONSULTATION

 

We want to come and visit with you in person so that we can see the space(s) and get to know what you are looking for.  This consultation is the very first thing that we do to ensure success for you and us.

An in person consultation includes:

• a look at the space(s) you want stage and or potentially organize
• a conversation about your goals and project timeframe
• some initial thoughts on what we could do
• an explanation of our process

 

What you'll get:

• list of recommendations for the entire home
• a written estimate tailored to your styling and or organizing needs:
  • what we're going to do
  • what we may need to buy
  • what we need from you

 

How much will it cost?

• Our in person consultation is $150 - for one room or your whole home

CONTRACTED PROJECT

TYPES : Vacant or Occupied Home Staging

 

Once the constultation is completed and you’ve decided to move forward with us,we will:

• send you our agreement to sign and we can agree the best schedule for you 

 

Once the type of project is picked, we will :

• deliver and install any additional furniture or decor needed 

• stage the agreed areas outlined in the agreement 
• work our magic

 

After completion of the sale of the house, we will:

• make destaging simple and stress-free (We require a 10-day notice to schedule destaging)
• make sure that you are 100% happy with our work 

 

Pricing:

Due to the uniqueness of each staging project prices will vary.

OPEN HOUSE AND PHOTOS FOR MLS LISTING (Clients Only)

If after we stage your home and you need us to come back and make sure it looks like it did when we left we can do that. We will check every detail from beds, to flowers and even make sure that the staged furniture is still in the correct spot.  With this we request that cleaners come in before so we can get your home ready for open house or photos for MLS listing. 

 

Pricing:

• Open House $100
• Photos for MLS Listing $100

 

Pricing Details: If they fall on the same day the fee is only $100
