CONSULTATIONS
Payment
We will send an email with a calendar, request for payment and payment method.
The following projects have a $75 consultation fee that is paid when scheduling the consultation.

The following projects have a $150 consultation fee. The first partial payment of $75 is nonrefundable and is paid when scheduling the consultation. The remaining balance of $75 is due at the end of the in person consultation.

Cancellations
To cancel your appointment without incurring a charge, call 24 hours/7 days a week at (214)251-8927 at least 48 hours before your appointment and leave a detailed message. The $75 consultation is nonrefundable so we hope you schedule with us when we send you a follow up email.
No Shows
If we are en route to your home or arrive at your home/office for your scheduled appointment and you cancel/reschedule the appointment , or if we arrive at your home and you are not at home or have a schedule conflict and are unable to keep the appointment, you will be charged a $50 no show.

Billing
After the contract is signed an email with requested payment will be sent to your inbox for 50% of service.
Cancellations
